Our Story

Initiated under the leadership of HRM Oba Dr. Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, the museum reflects his vision to preserve and present the invaluable history and traditions of the Egba.

With contributions from respected scholars, including cultural historians and university professors, the Egba Museum has been carefully curated to offer visitors a holistic view of Egba society, leadership, and achievements across centuries.
